I’ve had a seriously lazy last fortnight over Christmas and new year, so this weekly training report is just sad – but hope to get back on track with half marathon training this week in preparation for Surrey Half in March.
Wednesday: 8.7 miles on the exercise bike in 34 minutes. 14K to see in 2014!
Saturday: Greatlines Parkrun 5K (29:20). Pouring hard and blowing a gale for this weeks parkrun, but still my second fastest parkrun, and third fastest 5K ever.
Sunday: 6.2 miles on the exercise bike again.
Total mileage = 18 miles exactly.
Hoping for better this week, I have run club on Tuesday, Parkrun on Saturday and runs planned for Thurs + Sunday. Also planning on a new Yoga for Runners video I found on youtube this week to help with my tight right hip.
