2014 Goals – Year of the PB
I’m not a fan of New Year’s resolutions, and prefer to set goals for the year instead. So here are 2014s goals.
Racing Goals
- Run sub-27 5K
- Run sub-1 hour 10K
- Run sub 2 hour Half-Marathon
- Run 10 races for the year
- Try a new distance (should be Canterbury 10 mile race this month!)
Fitness Goals
- Run 750 miles for the year
- Do a yoga session at least once a week
- Work on my swimming until I can swim 1 mile without a break
- Go to running club regularly
Other Goals
- Start saving for a racing bike
- Start trying to get more fruit and veg into my diet
- Finish my bookkeeping course
Trying to get January off to a good start – I have my first running club training session on Tuesday night, first race on January 26th and have ordered a smoothie maker!
